At Afluence, we specialize in experiential marketing, bringing products and services to life through engaging in-store promotions and interactive retail events. As an Event Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of these efforts—working closely with our retail partners, guiding on-site teams, and ensuring every campaign exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, organize, and execute in-store promotions and retail events.
Collaborate with retail partners to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.
Lead and motivate on-site event teams, ensuring professionalism and enthusiasm at every event.
Monitor event performance, track results, and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
Support brand awareness initiatives by engaging with customers directly.
Represent Afluence and our clients with confidence, professionalism, and energy.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in event coordination, customer service, or retail is a plus—but not required!
